Here are the exact details regarding the fourth Season 2 Casting Call for Everyday Edisons, the new PBS series chronicling amateur inventors:

Bouncing Brain Productions, Inc. of Charlotte, NC, is coming to Washington, D.C. to hold a free casting call/audition for the new PBS series, Everyday Edisons, which features amateur inventors. Bring your ideas and/or prototypes to the Ronald Reagan Building & International Trade Center’s Atrium Ballroom (1300 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20004) on Saturday, January 20 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Professionals will be onsite to judge your invention’s merit in design, marketability and patentability. Those selected for the show will appear on Everyday Edisons with their inventions as each one is designed, engineered, branded and sent to store shelves. For more information go to www.EverydayEdisons.com.

Season 1 debuts this May on PBS affiliates nationwide, but all of the Season 1 inventors and their inventions can be seen on the web site, www.EverydayEdisons.com.

Thanks for the Details!

Wow. I have 1 week to get to Home Depot and construct the prototype of a new game I think could be fun. I just ideated it last week.

Thanks for the details. Hopefully, I won't have to stay in line for 8 hours like a friend of mine did for the AI show last year.

Does anyone know if they sell the DVD set for season one?

I also looked for the great show "Invent This" on DVD but that is nowhere to be found.

So I went to the auditions, and made it pretty far. If interested, read more about it at www.MetaBugg.com

Michelle, thanks for the head's up. The hyperlink from the post was including the period at the end, so i fixed it.

Actually, looking around, it seems like a common problem in this forum. I don't know if it will be possible to change that (make it so automatic hyperlinks don't include the final period).

Thanks!
