CONTEST OVERVIEW
The Concept to Company Contests are ongoing innovation contests held throughout Utah focusing on various industries. This innovation contest is focused on encouraging and expanding Utah’s environmentally responsible energy production industry. The contest is open to all Utah-based entrepreneurs or small businesses. The winning entry will receive up to $35,000 comprised of cash and services. Additionally, two runner-up winners will each receive up to $17,000 in cash and services. A panel of industry leaders will judge the final entries.

GENERAL RULES
1. Innovations must focus on a mechanical or procedural product or service to optimize and enhance environmentally responsible energy production.

2. Open to individual inventors or innovative small businesses with less than $5 million in annual revenues and for a product they have not yet taken to market.

3. Applicants must reside or be based in Utah.
