Steal one of my inventions PLEASE

message me if you're thinking about using one of these ideas. I don't have the drive to test them myself. You can post and say "they've already been invented" all you want, but I honestly thought of these myself.
Top invention - Kinetic laptop battery
Gas or liquid nasal spray that eliminates smell
"intelligent" house (like in that one disney movie)
talking fireplace (flames make a face and talk)
Chinese checkers app for iphone/android
Anyone agree that these would sell? Answer me please.
