Water buffalo in Thailand is getting back their old job took away by tractors.
They don't need much maintenance nor take any fuel, some grass will do them just fine. http://www.chiangmai-chiangrai.com/water_buffalo-traditional_tractor.html

BTW, this tractor itself is invented by God. Chinese invented a way to harness it long long time ago.

Don't you miss your childhood sometime?
And water buffalo isn't wild. It's very tame kind, a gentle giant and easier to handle than a horse. Taking a water buffalo to stream bath or to feed one is typical job for a child at south Asia back then.

Very good power source, the only problem is too slow.

They let you do this to them, do you dare letting your children do this to a horse?
