I am not sure about this idea. Unless they did a good job on vibration and heat problem, I don't think this idea will go very far. Then again, gasoline power garden plower already use this idea, isn't it?

I used something like this as my first employment when working at a hospital. When I had to patrol the corridors with this on I was called dustbusters or Ghostbusters. unfortunately it had to be plugged in.

I know put a power tool on someone's back isn't new, eg there is gasoline Garden blower already. How about the lower part can be twisty? Is that something novel?
