I have an idea for a new type of locomotion, but I need someone with a bit more knowledge on the subject.

Anyone with knowledge pertaining to:

-Electromagnetics (I have a basic knowledge)

-Computer programming

I have an idea that I can see clearly in my head, but cannot seem to put down on paper properly but I think is completely plausible...

I welcome anyone who wants to hear me out, I've tried speaking to inventing companies, but they think my idea is too grand. They don't want in on it simply because I'm a bit younger (Though of legal age).
