air and water driven electrical generators...

hi!
i'm looking for a way to patent and finance my invention ideas.
it's still in the design/drawing stage,
not enough money to buy materials and parts yet to make the prototype.
it's an air compressor driven electrical generator, and a water driven electrical generator (like a contained small dam)
it can be small enough to fit in basements or backyard, or big enough for an office or manufacturing.
it's more practical than fuel-based generators.
this would be a great way to save rising cost of electricity here in the philippines
