If your product is one of the finalist or the winner on AI, what does it mean for ABC have exclusive licensing rights to your product? What is the percentage of profit sharing between ABC and yourself? How long is the agreement? What involvement does ABC have in your product after the show if you made it to the finals, but were not the winner? Sorry for so many questions. I am just trying to figure out if it is worth it to go on AI or if it is better to go with the infomercial approach for a product that I am sure would sell in mass quanity.
