Can anybody verify that this is true? I was intending to go to season 2 auditions, but if this correct I am sorry to say I will not be there.

I have posted this as my own personal observation of the facts presented to me in the contracts. I have asked the judges to please respond, so far I have not heard anything. Don't take it as FACT, do your own research and post your findings for everyone else to think about.
The example is just a possible example. Januz is the only one who knows the facts, but that information has not been made public. Which is not a good thing since they are now asking thousands of new inventors to annie up their inventions for the 2007 season. What is there to win? Let us know the facts. They (ABC) should let us all know before we audition.
Bouncing Brains has conceded that this is how the Everyday Edisons percentages work. It is known as a PERCENTAGE of a PERCENTAGE. They told me that I was right in my conclusion, but they TRY not to license the invention, BUT the contract states that they OWN ALL RIGHTS for 20 years. So you have no way out of the deal.
