Roger, I was curious (I may have missed one of your posts) but have you ever provided any contacts for licensing on this forum? I did notice one of your posts indicating that you have licensed ideas with "out of your own pocket cost" of only $10.00 to $100.00. I have had several people contact me from this forum asking me if I knew how to do what you have accomplished and unfortunately I have not been able to help them. When I had my idea forum, I must have had at least 300,000 people ask me about licensing their ideas and I told them that it would probably be cost prohibitive for them to do so (I had never met a person that actually licensed their idea with them only spending from $10 to $100). I surely don't want to give misinformation or dissuade people from trying to get their ideas to market using the licensing method. I wish I would have had your information available so that I could have helped those with very little money that were trying to license their ideas. If you could provide me with the names and companies that licensed your ideas than I could refer future inquires to the same. I am sure those entities would welcome more ideas to evaluate and possibly license. When you provide that kind of information, I am sure that probably will be the biggest help that this forum and I would ever realize when dealing with licensing of ideas. I have no problems providing people with any information about how I get my products to market and all of the good, bad and ugly experiences that were involved in the process thus helping them avoid a lot of expensive and time consuming mistakes that I made. Thank you for your help and I am sure everyone visiting this forum will thank you too. I wonder how lizzie00 is doing with his or her licensing attempts after 6 months?

Mr. Invention,

I started a thread here viewtopic.php?t=2103&highlight= where i listed a number of companies that are willing to look at outside ideas from Inventors directly. Some require a patent or patent pending others will look at a Sell Sheet after signing an NDA.
If you go to my website on the main page i have a link for some of the Sell Shhets I have used to get a license. Those Sell Sheets are the only thing I used, no prototype, no patent. The company that licensed the idea paid all of those expenses and I receive a royalty from the sales.
If you look at the main page on my website the Pebble Peeler is my latest item to hit the shelves last week in Wal-Mart. I received a licensing agreement Monday from a kitchenware company based solely on a Sell Sheet. Most of my expense comes from material to build a rough prototype if needed, faxes, or postage.
I rarely travel to any of the companies unless they are within reasonable driving distance. Otherwise I do it all over the phone, email, snail mail.

You can see an interview I just did last week at http://www.allbusiness.com/entertainmen ... 048-1.html
I hope this helps.
