Seeking Low Volume plastic Bag Printing

I'm producing a commercial product and am at prototype stage.
I want to create packaging as close to the real thing for taking the show on the road.
I need about 100 plastic bags with retail printing on it (Logo and name on one side, benefits and features, installation info in English and Spanish on the back, bar code etc.
I've talked with several bag printers but the minimums are in the 15,000 range and I need 100.
So far, it looks like using a printed label is the right route, but I'm not ready to give up.
Do you know of a low-volume bag printer?
I read that a screen printer could di it if they had the right ink and curing equipment.

This may be a long shot but I would scope out any screen printers in your area to see if they can do it. I believe some of them are able to print on much more than fabric alone and because they'll typically do orders as small as several dozen, your quantity probably wouldn't be an issue. It's just a question of whether they can print on (polyethylene/) plastic...

Don't forget about get a UPC barcode for your packaging. The most affordable way to purchase an authentic legal UPC barcode for your business is from a company reselling there unused ones. Don't buy your UPC barcode from a company unless you can verify their company name in the GS1 US website. Many companies selling UPC barcodes are not the owners. They are just licensing someone else's barcode which puts you at risk. Try looking at www.authentic-legal-upc-barcode.com

The Screen printing kit would probably not work without special ink and A UV curing system. I was a bit concerned that they do not list the price on the site.
The Screen printers is a good idea, I've called a few and emailed more with no success yet.
International Plastics is very close. They have a low-volume (100 min as of now) 4 color (full) process printing .. basically eliminating the creation of printing plates (1 per color per side) that is one of the big hurdles to get over. The only downside for me (heck, maybe it will be an upside) is the bags cannot be clear. For my prototype purposes a decent tradeoff.
