I've read your patent and the conclusion that I came to was that your design was not feasible. You are trying to stop the flow of with fans, it will not work. This is exactly why potential investors wh o do not have the training to see that your invention would not work would want to see a working prototype. Not to be harsh but I don't see how you got a full patent on your idea as your patent did not explain how a series of fans is going to dispel several thousand pounds of pressure. however I wish you all the best.

BTW...there are very good reasons that we can NOT stop seasonal storms..wild life being a good one. Nothing in nature is purely destructive.

There just isn't any practical demand for it. As damaging as it is for us in the US every year those storms are a crucial part of the yearly cycle.
