Hello everyone I'm new as inventor and I would like to get some help with get in contact with the right people to promove my inventions, I already have 8 patent pendings and I already design my own website: http://www.noveltyinventions.com
I'm going to attend to the inpex tradeshow in Pensilvania this june, but I think that I don't know so much about to get in touch with the manufacturers and posible interested parties in any of my inventions, also I have just 1 3D modeling in one of my inventions, the rest I have just the sketches that I sent with my APP's any help I will really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Hi sernas79.

Cool site. But I can't pull up descriptions of the inventions themselves. The links don't go anywhere. Was that intentional? (You don't think you're optimizing your chances my making people play along with a little cat-and-mouse game, do you?)

Thanks for the reply, the thing is I'm still working on the designs as you can see I have just one of them working, I was looking for somebody to help me to make some computer modelings on my products to look more proffessional, that is what I think to do, but I don't have too much time I supose to attend to the inpex tradeshow on june 15th and I still don't have the designs ready, I have just the rough sketches do you think with that is enough to get somebody interested on one of my products?

Well, that would certainly not be enough time to make that many models. If your sketches are halfway-decent, I would just use those for now. Feel free to email them to people here, for an idea on how they look. Heck, you can just attach them to this thread as jpegs.

I do like the format of your website. You have some glaring typos and grammar that should probably get fixed by then. But being able to click to several views of a project immediately, like you did with the skateboard, is very user-friendly. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

You seem to have enough variety in your concepts that the site would keep the interest of just about anyone, at least for a little while. Good job. Great start.

Ok thanks for your comments, I decided to upload what I have on my website, I know they are not with a profesional look but at least the people could have an idea of the inventions that I have, you oculd take a look at: http://www.noveltyinventions.com/New-In ... +sale.html
Please let me know what do you think I really appreciate it any comment that could help to improve any mistake.

Thanks,
Obed

Obed, those sketches are more than good enough, in terms of quality. Now here's the things I would edit on the front page:

1. Use the word "novel" instead of "novelty" (which has a certain cheese factor).
2. Use "manual" instead of "manually"
3. Put in a link for the Stabilizer.

On the other pages, some of the wording has grammar mistakes. You may want to ask someone to edit those for you.

Also, I don't think putting serial numbers for provisionals is appropriate. You're better off stating that the project is "Patent Pending"

It looks like you have a few decent concepts, mixed in with a couple that don't seem as well-thought-out. I wonder if you should consider omitting the projects you feel are not the strongest...

Obed,

I'd go onto our main site and look for Ron Docie's postings. He gives good tips on how to approach manufacturers and I would make sure to read everything he has as I think his advice is invaluable.

Good luck,

Michelle

Well, no offense but, I think you lose credibility with that tennis net concept.

I don't see how very many people would have an enclosed space that they could paint lines onto, that is big enough to play real tennis. I also can't tell whether the post are meant to be suction cups or heavy anchors, but I don't believe either would be nearly strong enough.
