Where to find people with money and resources to work with designing and building real inventions that make a useful difference, are not concerned with profit so much as improving quality of life, but are so simply useful that they replace the entire industries that provide us with things we need but are inefficient and excessive. Where to find people with money and tools to use for manufacturing of useful devices to sell at one thousand times production costs?

Your post is interesting and confusing at the same time. You start off saying you want to find people to make useful products that improve the quality of life and are not concerned with profit and then state that you want to sell them at one thousand times their cost.
You may want to clarfiy what exactly you are wanting.
