Wow..this has been an interesting thread.

Everything fro motocross racing to spankings.

WHY

First I would like to address the (5) I can not live without.

Basic needs:

1.) Companionship - Opposite sex
2.) Transportation of any kind
3.) Shelter
4.) A warm dry & soft place to sleep
5.) TP - Toilet Paper

The five modern needs:

1.) Electricity - Lights, TV, Refrigerator, Microwave & Stereo
2.) Motorcycle, Car & Truck
3.) Family & Friends
4.) Music
5.) Home

One other important thing to me are Pictures.

As to WHY things are bad in this country is because of the spanking laws.
Because there is NO draft to teach respect & manners.
A draft would also slow down gangs.

The number one reason we are all going NUTS is because the world,
Is a dog eat dog world.

Why is that - Because we DO NOT care about each other enough to help one another, we are all out for ourselves & the mighty buck.

Nobody wants to help anybody when they are down on there luck.
Everybody wants to kick somebody when they down.

Love thy Neighbor & help them.

Amen, to that brother.

It's so exhausting trying constantly to have to battle everything and watch out everywhere. I agree that things feel not quite right.

Not to toot our own horns but this is certainly almost a chariity for many of us on the site, and very much a volunteer effort.

What is really really cool here are all the inventors like Myra Per-Lee or Roger Brown or all the Guest Bloggers who come on the site, and all the great advice in the forums, just to help fellow inventors.

Myra wrote a whole series of articles, with custom pictures, to help inventors out. It was a helping out the fellow inventor at its finest.

I think that is really what makes me keep coming back to the site even when I have a cruddy day....cuz so many inventors, after getting taken advantage of left and right, feel even stronger about helping other inventors out.

I love that about this site.

It's nice to be associated with good people.

I would also have to agree with:

What would life be like if we could only stand-up or lay-down.

To sit & ponder is the question?

People need to LEARN to be KIND & NICE to one another :lol:

Because everybody is out for themselves & to make the mighty dollar,
I wonder what will happen in twenty years with are childern being able to afford a house or housing?

I realized no one mentioned the tv, or a really good knife or chocolate.

I think that basically, I love our modern life with all of its modern conveniences, so thanks to all the inventors who came up with this stuff.

I say this sitting in my comfy sofa, sipping a glass of wine, with the stereo on and typing on my laptop. ..and thinking I need some chocolate chip ice cream.
