Watching Tony Romo try to make something happen with Jason Witten, when the Boys were already down by a few touchdowns late in the game, it struck me that they may not have even close to what it takes to be unstoppable in today's NFL. Indeed, the fate of the better teams rests squarely in the hands of their quarterbacks, who can make or break any single play. Brett Favre obviously has that IT factor. Sadly, Romo, maybe not so much...at least not yet.
What I saw today would probably take years to fix, with or without personnel changes. I say bring back the Flex, Tom Landry, AND Roger Staubach.
