Scroop, do you mean the ThinkTank? Is the Private Forum the same thing as the ThinkTank with the Terms of Agreement? If so I don't think I could handle #5. How much tolerance is there around that? I mean can I act like an 18 year old?

Oh, I'm sure there will be some periodic joking around to a small degree.
Work isn't much fun without a little humor thrown in here and there.
We are attempting the think tank as a serious venture. Any activity which is veiwed as disruptive won't be allowed.

Then you're in.
It'll be more-or-less a flog-free zone, because productivity is the primary focus. I don't anticipate any restrictions on the kind of conversations that go on in there.
One may be flogged up to 18-year-old conduct, but that's only for the sake of unity. I would interpret #5 as "having the capacity to conduct yourself..." You should be fine.
