If anyone passes stage 5 (final consideration) at Edison Nation's last online casting call should be considered as waiting to hear their call. Heck as long as you are not getting red light and out, they make you wait for their decision. You are entitled to post how you feel here.

Today, Amy from Everyday Edison asked me to send my non-provisional application of my LED light bulb (San Jose Casting call) for their attorneys (again). So it seems, I am still in race for this one.

Very Happy for you

I am really happy for you! I have been redded out on all the submissions from the on line, call and still no word for my Dallas Submission. I guess I better gear up to see where to take that one if no one from the show, or their connections call. My problem is that I am fearing that the timeline to take it elsewhere is narrowing with my PPA, so I may not feel safe in keeping it with ENation with a 6 month committment. We will see.

Congrats Tim!

Thanks guys. I hope it will become true. That would mean a lot to me.

I have learned from Average inventor to postpone PPA. Now I consider Edison Nation truth worthy and don't apply PPA before submit to them.
As our first invent system, I would say 1 year of time for adding diligence and reduce an idea to practice is just reasonable.

Well, I made it to the final day...maybe even the final hours, but I didn't make it to season 3.

I'd like to say good luck to all who are still waiting to hear.

Let us all know if you're out, in, or have an extension letter.

Did you get your letter? Oh, it’s officially Aug 1st for most of country, now I can really let it get off my chest. I made to the top 25, but with no guarantee making it to the show.
The fact is during this pass weekend, everyone get selected were summoned to attend an interview for Louis Foreman and Michael Cable. I was there. In my session, Mr. Foreman told me that they love my idea but don’t think their workshop can make it happen within a year. So they are going to do something new, they are going to find me a licensee to make it a product. And when it does, they are going to show my session on Everyday Edison, maybe at season 3, maybe at season 4…. but there is no guarantee.

I guess that I fall into category of what Matt said about
In addition to that, there are several new technologies that are perfect for some very large manufacturers and we are working hard to get their attention... and guess what? We are.
So I am still in mid air, I just hope that someone will pick my idea, and hope that coming soon.

Congrats!

Out of curiosity, when and where did the interviews take place and how and when were you contacted about them?

Thanks Jason

We knew it just a little bit early. For people's schedule sack, EE recorded during weekend, and you have to give people some time to make flight arrangement...etc.
That's all I can say since we got an email to all that says we shouldn't should not disclose our ideas or other information, that's also why I kept quiet during this time.

Hi and at least congratulations on that accomplishment, so that means my sister and I will get a letter of "no". How were you notified? Phone or letter? Did they send you an airline ticket? etc?

Thanks for your information
