That's a lot of pressure...
I have been contacted twice. The first time was months ago, the second time just few days ago (14th) for essentially the same thing- my non-provisional pattern application.
I submit one idea to Spencer's but couldn't decide whether I should submit the second one. They both have values, they are novelty... but hilarious? Ok, the first one is, but not the second one. Although I walked into a Spencer's store and see they have half a wall for displaying that kind of stuff. Maybe I should still submit it, so worse come worse, it become a left over idea.
Oh, BTW my first Spencer's idea just got green on 3. no biggie
