Wouldn't it be easier just to say who when they log in has access to the private forums? I think an email and changing passwords constantly would be a pain?

Yeah, it definitely would be easier. I posted this before I knew you could do that.

It would be nice for new members to be given immediate access though, whenever they meet the criteria. Maybe one or two generic accounts could be lent to the group for safekeeping in case the administrators are busy, which could be used to grant membership temporarily.

Or, is that way too much brainstorming?

No, I like the idea. We can have Think Tank A and Think Tank B for use when people need access temporarily.

I will create the accounts today and you and ask Roger to add them.
