My wish.

I wish someone would promote a bubble pack for dry cell batteries that had an exit and an entrance on the back. One to remove new batteries and one to deposit dead batteries. With a very noticeable plastic ribbon that divided the new from the old running the length of the pack. Then when it was full of dead batteries all in a row they could be recycled like it is wise to do. The way it is now I just have a drawer with batteries in it and sometimes the new gets mixed with the old. DDaaadadada. It would be really great if after this Idea was promoted someone made a law that all batteries sold in the USA must be in the disposable safety packs. Mac

That's not a bad idea, Mac.
Personally, I would lean more toward a PVC battery launcher, but that's just me.
But for now, I just take those postage-paid plastic mailer bags that come with new cellphones, for the purchasers to send back their old batteries ...so the cellphone companies can "recycle" them, and turn around and make more money on them. Yeah, I just stick a whole bunch of dead "AA" batteries in there, and off they go.
By the way, Mac, maybe do us a favor and limit the topics in this category to voting questions only? It's real easy. When you create a topic, just scroll down to the poll question and type it in, then type in a couple poll options (YES, NO, MAYBE, etc.)
P.S. I believe you can still go back and edit your first post in this topic and add a poll question, something like: Do you think people should launch dead AA batteries with a schedule 80 PVC cannon? YES/NO/MAYBE
