In a sociocratic model anyone can have a good idea and as long as no one has a valid/legitimate argument against it, it is adopted by default. Believe you me, if I disagree with something or have another suggestion, I will present it for discussion. I think just having enough people who can tell who has the good ideas is enough to keep things going in the right directions. Or maybe someone just says something you would've said anyway and beats you to the punch. Either way it is progress and I'm all for it. Thanks for your contributions Roger, for what it's worth, you definitely have my respect.
