That can vary from company to company. It typically is about 1 month or longer depending on the complexity of your submission and the work load of the reviewer. Some companies only review items once a month. So, if you sent it in the second week of that month it may be the following month before they look at it. The main thing to remember is to give them time. If you are constantly calling them wanting status you will kill your chances of a favorable review.
