FAQ: Proactive Publication- How to?

FAQ:How does one "carefully" devise a proactive publication? Any tips? Ideas?

There are many ways. But here's an easy one...
1. Prepare a full disclosure of your idea on one or more pages in a letter-size file format (i.e. PDF, JPG, etc.).
2. Post the disclosure files (pages) on a public website, and associate it with your legal name.
