I just got back from the show that went from Sunday March 16th to Tuesday March 18th. The show was great and a good opportunity to network with other inventors. I didn't have the opportunity to see all the inventors booths as I was helping my brother man his booth but the ones I got to connect with had some really good ideas and were diligently marketing their invention. I even bumped into a few I had seen at INPEX this past summer and they had taken their product to the next level and used some of the feedback they received at past trade shows to improve the look and fell of their invention. I really think trade shows are great opportunities for inventors to meet decision makers in companies and shop their idea around to see the interest level their new innovation ignites.

Yes, and I recommend also look at the cost/performance part.

Some show are more expensive than others. Some are relatively cheaper.

The two invention show I would really recommend are Taipei invention show and IENA. Both are inexpensive to enter, and one booth would allow 3 inventions. Maybe we can team up and share all cost for these shows.

Anyone interesting?

I think for 2008 show, we need to register around May. If we team up and split the cost and manpower/time, I think we can do this.

Last year I stood 3 days from 9AM-5PM at Taipei show and won two Gold and one Bronze medal awards. I would say that's all worth it. If we can find three inventions this year, I can goto Taipei show again. Why me? I can speak the language and I can live at my Mothers. And we can find someone for Germany.

If you have a good invention and serious about this, post here. Must have already applied non-provisional patent.
