Step 1: Ask Davison to void the contract. This probably will not work, but it doesn't cost anything to ask and you might be surprised.
Step 2. Have a lawyer review the contract & have the lawyer ask Davison to void the contract, explaining why it is in their best interest to do so and avoid legal action.
Step 3. Take legal action to void the contract.
In the mean time, to proceed down the right path, start building your knowledge base by reading about the inventing process.
