Anyone know anything about Creative Marketing/ Gary Ahlert

Any information would be great. He wants me to pay $3500 for six month representation or $5900 for one year. If it's licensed, I'll be reimbursed the full amount and I'm not responsible for anything else such as legal fees, patent search, etc.
What do you think? I can't really find anything bad about the company on the internet.

It's important to kick the tires,ask for referrals and get testimonials, there's other products scouts, licensing agents, that do not charge an upfront fee.

Thanks for the replies. I'm definitely going to keep researching. I have a few other companies I'm looking into that doesn't charge upfront. I know some companies can charge and still be legitimate. I wanted to know if anyone has worked with them before and what their experience was. It would help alot.
