Seems like those people on the other Forum bet you up a bit

are you ok?

Yes I agree that you need to treat your invention like your are starting your own Company.

I in the process of starting my own.

I have found that in order to receive Goverment funding such as the
DOD you need to be a LLC or S-Corp

This also means nobody can sue me,just my company

Hello Tony,


I have an all-natural formula that can be used to alleviate male pattern baldness in the temporal areas. It is taken orally once per day and contains only natural ingredients one might find in a vitamin or health food store. It is my understanding that I could not obtain a patent on the formula because it is 100% natural. I wish to license it to an individual or a pharmaceutical company that has a natural consumer products division. Obviously, that will be tricky since, I cannot reveal the formula unless an agreement is struck. If you have any suggestion as to how I might proceed it would be much appreciated.
