As far as "free to use once you purchase" is concerned, it depends what you purchase. Software (usually copyrighted) likely comes with a licensing agreement, and one copy is probaly good for personal use but...
And then you have to be concerned with trademark issues. If consumers would be confused into thinking you were associated with any of these games or there manufacturers, you would run into issues.
Are there in force patents? Once you buy something, there is usually an implied licene. Of course though, there are complications that could arise, partially as a result of actual complications which could arise, and partially as a result of litigation hungry lawyers.
In summary, you may very well be good to go, but its tough to say without more info...
