I came across this website recently:

http://ipta-info.com/

Describes the methods Australian Patent Attorneys and their professional organization The Institute of Patent and Trademark Attorneys (IPTA) use to rip off their clients.
Shows how careful you have to be, especially with Australian Patent Attorneys.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I still don't understand why anyone would trust small firms continents away. I always use large firms for foreign associate work and I have never been disappointed.

This is one snake oil salesman, tell why do people from the U.S Become so blinded by one article, this is one idiot and all of a sudden you put the whole Patent system from Australia in the same basket.

Do you know the Australian Patent office processes a large amount of U.S Patent Applications?

So before you make broad comments about Australia understand the relationship between your government and mine from Australia.
It frustrates me to no end the short sighted comments from some Inventors, yes that Guy is a scammer, but that’s it, I know there are also scammers in the U.S Correct!

I know what my problem is I have travelled to 15 countries and experienced real people cultures and many different government systems, so people prefer to only see what suits them instead of the big picture!
