Good morning. Did anyone catch the new American Inventor commercial last night during the end of "Dancing with the Stars"? It was a 30-second spot. 2 more weeks. Should be interesting.

It was actually very similar to last year's commercials. It showed some reaction shots from George Foreman, Croce and Blakely. It also had a brief shot of Peter Jones. Same logo, etc..... I only saw it once so I don't remember any inventions in specific although the overall theme seemed to focus on wacky stuff.

Wacky stuff makes sense. It's interesting as on our site, the wacky stuff articles get hundreds of thousands of reads whereas the cool new stuff gets hundred and thousands only.

I guess people are more interested in stupid and funny than brilliant and useful.
