Need a favor from you

Happy Thanksgiving!
I need help to file an utility patent for a lighter used for vaporization smoking material, which I called it vapor lighter or vaporization lighter.

I filed the provisional myself, but in no way do the utility filing myself and I can't afford a lawyer.
I have the $650 for PTO fees. Need help for the paper works.
Can you help me? I can pay up to $200 and share the patent rights with you.

The biggest issues you're going to have to overcome is NOT a patent document, but successfully marketing your device!
I'm fairly certain you could get a utility patent, basically because it is unique, but you have to asked yourself WHY no one has done it before.... the reason why is because technology passed your device years ago.
Your device WOULD prove useful for those who need a DIY (do it yourself) homemade solution for vaporizing their stash, but there are self-contained devices already patented and on the market that do the EXACT same thing as your device, such as this:
Why spend the time and money getting a patent on something I can all but guarantee will NOT be marketable to the mass of smokers?
I would suggest you make a simple "instruction booklet" using your printer & a stapler, detailing how to make and use your device, then use portions of the $850 to place ads in "High Times" magazine, then sell the instruction booklet that way... maybe even offer devices you make to sale along with the booklet? Doing it this way will be MUCH cheaper than USPTO fees, and you'll more than likely make more money from sales through the ads than you'd EVER hope to make otherwise.

I have to agree with Frank, you have a product would most likely get a utility patent, but is it worth the expense when there are better options already on the market? It goes back to what I am always saying " Patentable does not equal marketable."
You need to look at your options and see which one will give you the best return for your investment. In my opinion a utility patent is not money well spent.

seriously this is an epic idea, I was wondering if you could just make a lighter that vaporizes and the internet led me to this awesome genius,

Nothing personal.. I sincerely doubt smoke shops around the country will be fighting each other over this. There are half a dozen in my town, and nothing like this is available (those are not keywords of motivation)
