Buyer Wanted

Hello all,
I recently posted that my prototype is finished.
Any one that is part of or interested in the telecomm industry will be interested in my idea / prototype. I have all the utmost confidence in that my idea will make someone a lot of money, but due to my military service I will not be able to pursue it much further than the stand point in which I currently am.
To explain it some with out giving away the idea, when dealing with structured cabling (e.g. cat5, telephone, coax, fiber) all is connected to what is known as a patch panel.
My idea will:
Cut the time it takes one persons to do a job from 16 hours to 4,
Cut the time it takes 2 people to do a job from 8 hours to 2,
This only requiring one person to do so.
I do believe that market is great enough that $40,000 would be reasonable. I am willing to negotiate
